Read-only HTTP, DNS, TLS, and render-evidence endpoints for agents. Every answer carries raw measurements or an explicit unknown.

Current truth

The public control plane is live. /api/render and /api/evidence execute through an authenticated mainland-China worker. Residential-egress safety is intentionally strict: the pilot accepts only operator-allowlisted hosts and at most three worker calls per minute globally. Payment is dry-run/testnet only; no real money can settle.

Safety boundary

GET only. No login, cookies, form submission, redirects, private IPs, localhost, metadata endpoints, or credential-bearing URLs. 10 s target timeout and 10 calls/minute/source.
